Good dialog, and to a certain degree both of you are correct in my opinion. I think this fits perfectly with my last post, they have made progress but are completely ham strung with a lack of funds. Progressively over the last couple of years they get some money then come to a dead stop when they run out, I suspect the whole EPC re-forecast (for perhaps the 5th time going back to March 2013 with KBR) for first half of 2015 is still predicated on finding an additional $1M - $2M. The only reason they stated first half of 2015 in my opinion was on hope and a prayer they get more money and it was far enough into the future to get some breathing room. I do think the technology is great and they have done a great job working on steps 2,3,4,5,6,7…. Problem is the whole deal is dead in the water at step 1 which is EPC completion, and folks they will keep issuing additional shares flooding the market, depressing the share price, and diluting the companies value until that is done. I have passionately believed BION was going to be a HUGE success these past 2 1/2 years that I have been invested and that we were on the cusp of that coming together in just a few months out, I am part of a group who cumulatively owns something on the order of more than 5M less than 10M shares and the prevailing opinion now is perhaps something closer to 50/50 this is a success. This shift in opinion is based on the fact that if the EPC isn’t completed in the next couple of months as currently forecasted the burn rate of shares being issued to keep the lights on will sink the company.
