SEC Form T series has to do with Trustees
I could not find yesterday's trades to see what you are talking about.
I don't know how it could apply to a trade.
So, I must be missunderstanding what the reference is.

On the other hand, it may just be one more trick Ron has pulled out of his hat to raise cash and further dilute your shares......
