Looks to be someone or some people are selling shares back to themselves to create an illusion there is new volume. If you were watching yesterdays trades that were going through most if not all were sold back. for example if a 2 million trade bought at .0001 it was sold within seconds at .00009.

But what I dont understand is how are trades being sold under .0001 if 4 is the max digits you can enter
