The quiet could be related to the acquisition in some way. I doubt that the legal forms is the issue as they have been working on this for some time. However, there could be a snag in the negotiations. At the time that the acquisition was agreed upon, it was expected that by now the St Croix power plant construction would be under way and that the Electrical Generation Approval would have been received in Nicaragua. Neither of these have happened casting a shadow on those projects and if and when revenues can be expected from them. This could could have led to Dr. Schewe to come back to Karl and ask for more shares to compensate for the increased risk and lowered expectations. I noticed that Dr. Schewe is also a little late in filing another loan with the SEC.

I doubt that Chang's approval is needed because Dr. Schewe possesses the voting share which is all he requires to make decisions for the company.
