Baxano hiring a debt collector

Boy that is weird. My question: If Baxano can lower their debt from unsecured creditors, would that increase their overall value to the common shareholders? Who knows. A strange situation. As I mentioned before, Baxano is a terrific company driven into the ground by Ken Reali. If John Palmer can salvage this company and make it profitable again, that would be a miracle of epic proportion.
