The nerger may not even happen who knows! ERV could shy away from that with Mr Rojas only interested in Nicaraguan ventures. The last pr drought we can compare to was Mr Chang signing off on the split between the two companies. IMO legal documents to close the NEW venture have required considerable time to complete. The facts are not being revealed in any regard and that may spell a big change in stock shares owned requiring Mr Chang's approval?
