Network 1 Financial will be starting the private placement in less than 10 days for $3.5 MM

Texas is now home not NM since NM which turned a grant into a loan according to Mgmt which was in part to be used to repair the roof on the Solo Cup facility.

MGMT is looking at five different facilities and will choose one withn a few weeks. Texas is looking like a $3 million grant depending on how many jobs will be established.

There is also something called EB5 funding which Texas has an aggressive program on that allows foreign nationals to get a green card by investing a minimum of $500,000 into a sponsored project here in a particular state in exchange for a very low interest loan.

World class management will be added to the current group.

Mr Giordano is still lending the company money for its basic expenses before the financing.

The 10 K will be filed in a few weeks.

The 10 Q will be filed in 3-4 weeks showing no debt and positive shareholder equity.

The equipment should be ordered in April/May so production can begin after the delivery and installation of the equipment.

The client list consists of Fortune 100 companies which will be noted in the Private Placement Memorandum
