DDCC is not late on any of its financial reports. The next report due is the year-end 10K filing. Public companies get 45 days to file quarterly reports and 90 days to file the 10K. Double Crown's fiscal year ends on December 31st so the 10K is due by the end of March. This company is very good about making all required SEC filings. They even have a page on their own website for filings with direct links. See below:
