Hey Rob,

I hope you are doing well!

In regards to your questions. Most of these will be answered in a future PR when our Reg A form passes. A lot of people have been saying they want Critic on Amazon, and other retail sites. I'm right there with everyone and we are in the process of getting on these sites. Surprisingly Amazon has a lot of little details they need, that you need to sign up for and receive different numbers. It shocked me because shopify and SetupTheUpset do not ask for the specific items that Amazon needs. But be sure these things are on their way.

Building the board has been key for me. I've been trying to develop friendships with many of the athletes that I've been speaking with for the last few months. There are a few that I would love to have join Critic, however I do not want to chase any away with jumping the gun.

In regards to extreme sports pros. Most professional extreme sports athletes have clothing sponsors already. As you probably know, you can only have one clothing sponsor. You can have a board sponsor who makes clothes and receive those, but that is different form a strictly clothing company. I've been looking around for the next big thing. I was checking out events such as Tampa Am, Damn Am, and smaller contests around the U.S. I even checked out a bunch of profiles for the pros that were in the Tampa Pro skateboarding contest in hopes that some don't have a clothing sponsor. These guys aren't interested in extreme sports athletes don't care about shares of stock. Mainly because they don't invest and they have no sports agents who would want to push it.

I'll be on the lookout still looking for someone who has that potential. Very few hit that Am and Pro level so if I can get someone right before they go AM (amateur level) for a company then we are golden. I do want to make sure that this specific individual is a great role model. I'm tired of the image skateboarding has with drugs and alcohol. I've never done drugs, nor do I plan to and I'm 21. So to find a skateboarder that can be a great role model that doesn't smoke is a big characteristic that I want. It is extremely realistic to find too! I'm sure that was random, but I figured I'd let you know where my mind is at with extreme sports.

Hopefully I helped with some of the questions you've wondered currently and in the past.
Feel free to share any information,

Hi Alec.
Things look like they are going well and the new line, spring 2015, should generate some excitement. The question I have is based around the business side of things and I don’t ever really see much response or updates on this topic. Things look positive and I hope so for everyone, but can you address anything in regards to :

Revenue Projections for 2015
What margins the company is seeing?
What distribution channels are looking like?
Any reps wanting to pick up the line to show to current retail client base?
Any skate, surf, motocross or snowboard pros wearing the stuff?

Anything else that will draw in investors. Lets create some momo and get this stock price moving!
