Is Steve engaging in PPS destroying dilution.......??

Exactly why has the PPS dropped so much if he just did a Reverse Split in 2014??

Looking at the timeline the PPS has pretty much IMO fallen off a cliff since the last Reverse Split.....but how?


If Steve has a real business plan that is supposed to generate revenue.....why so much dilution since the last Reverse Split?

Sure there are lots of Press Releases.....but why doesn't this translate into Revenue on his SEC Filings?


Now I wonder why type of excuse Steve Samblis will have if his next SEC Filing has Zero revenue on it Ha Ha
