People keep bringing up Chang. There is little evidence that Chang is doing anything for VSPC or is capable of doing so. To date, he has been a complete failure at marketing GKG. I believe his Art business is also in decline. What makes you think he would be of any help with Elite Therapeutics? It is also a teeny weeny little business that is barely selling in the US. There is no evidence that there is a global market for it.

Do not believe everything Dr. S says. For example, the ideas of Dr. S pioneering the development of making plastic packages for Elite Therapeutics. Such development would cost millions with little ROI likely. IMO, It isn't going to happen and he knows it. He just stated that to make it sound like there are synergies between GKG and Elite Therapeutics that support the merger and that nonsense was the best he could think of. In any case, according to previous statements, the acquisition is supposed to become official within the next 8 days. If we do not hear an announcement by next week, then there is trouble in paradise. Perhaps there is a problem with the acquisition due to the problems apparently being experienced by their two most important projects - Nicaragua and St. Croix.
