The funny thing is why would they even bother getting their reporting up to date if they have no plans of making a run at making this a successful business. Doesn't add up, why spend the money or be bothered, it's not like they are doing it to sell shares, it doesn't even trade at this point. There has to be something behind it otherwise just more stupidity, imo
