The "harm" bit to incite your board was a good rhetorical move.

The claim and concern has long been that we would like to know what has

happened to our stake in MSGI, and raised serious questions about what

VNTH represents with respect to MSGI and JB's stake in the tech. The

results of the SEC investigation into what happened indicated we should

be concerned about what has happened to our investment, and what VNTH

represents with respect to that investment, and even what might be

happening to extinguish our investment. The SEC investigation

raised questions re: ethics, as did imo a number of posts that seemed to

inform MSGI shareholders about the status of their investment, and it

was all very troubling. Any subsequent questioning of what's gone on,

where we might venture into territory of debate about these many odd

events, has been met with cries of crazy and "how dare you", even when

we steadfastly held true to the belief and company for several years (most of us, anyway). Then,

when faced with objective outsider info, must negotiate a new reality of

what could have happened, which was very different than what we had

believed up till that time. It's bizarre, period.


PS your posting about flagging EVERYTHING

spoke volumes, btw. It was a good idea to delete

that 1, as it surely jeopardized your "sane guy"

persona. In the past 4 years on these boards,

I can confirm I have never started flagging

willy nilly in such a way, much less made a comment

on a board that that was my plan.
