Very possible this is a bottom. Odds about 65%.

Possible capitulation red candle Fri. Very similar to Feb.
Forming long tail retrace from days lows so far today.
3.80's creates a nice double bottom.
Time will tell as we see if we retest todays bottom area and where it closes. JMO
