Today's Key West Citizen newspaper.
The Judge stated that the defendant (Silverstein ) is not judged innocent or forecloses the the possibility of future civil or criminal liability.

Judge King ordered the matter to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida for such action as he deems appropriate. Where a Criminal Grand Jury will review the matter.

Lawyer triumphs in emerald case

A prominent lawyer from Delaware who formerly represented a fraudulent sunken treasure salvor will not have to pay the Mel Fisher's Treasures company legal fees, a federal judge has ruled.
