Apparently, there has been a cabinet re-shuffle, and the new Health Minister is the son of a well-respected professor who just happens to be a famous professor, known for support of rural Ghana, at the technical university- KNUST,Kumasi - Ghana--which also supports Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

I think the Ghanian President is ready to move without delay--and has reassigned positions, specifically the Health Minister, who, apparently, was not suited for the task of organizing health infrastructure change.
