To have suddenly become proponents of the "RIP MSGI" campaign remains
suspect. I for one, not in nearly as many shares
as others here I think, believe that is a bunch of foolishness
that ANY sane individual would wonder about-- and yet you seem
resigned. The presentation, validity, purpose, and the involvement of
any party at this fairly critical stage, particularly when the vision of
the MSGI shareholders came into a timeline for the construction of a
product that reaches market. The timing of an about-face by holders for
what-- 7 years?, is suspect, and the funeral procession based on the 2nd
hand info seems surprisingly well-received by those one would expect
to be bitter or in search of some justice. People who've been
supportive for YEARS and YEARS suddenly throw in the towel on the stock
JUST as the investment has a result that's nearing a to-market timeline.
What sane investor would do this and think, "aw well, my money, his
gain, my loss". It's very troubling and continues
to be, and I believe the SEC result should be viewed as a reason
to identify and evaluate all possibilities, even the unsavory ones.
There is the possibility that nothing has an ulterior purpose or
connection, but I'm not sure the evidence is so strong for this
possibility. It's very hard to get past the fact that the SEC saw
serious problems and that it may be the tip of an iceberg. The other
problem with that approach is that if it's wrong, and if no one has
discussed and taken action to assure the other situation is not the
case, it could be too late. The Parson JUST made some kind of about
statutes of limitations running out, and seems to have struck the "oh
well, a million shares he's beaten me" tone. I don't take so
agonistic an approach, but re: the futility part you could
compare notes with him.
Of course you have no reason or desire to persuade! Of course!
Everyone is an "open book" in these forums. LOL! In
fact, I don't think ANYone on these boards who chooses to type words
would stoop to or do such a thing! Any word you write is rhetorical,
and you should be embarrassed to even TRY to claim otherwise. Sheesh.
I'll continue to state the possibilities-- if you can't handle that
someone speaks of darker possibilities regarding a
stock investment on a stock investment board, you should go elsewhere,
where evidence is not relevant or is more selectively weighed/ignored in
ways that you like. I know that I would care less unless....
