I am pretty sure that John Chen would not say 500 million unless they know they will hit the target. They meet all other metrics they have set for them self so far. They said that hardware sales are "Good". Not great but good. They expect the carrier deals in the US to help push an extra 400,000 units per quarter, mostly from government or contractors who have to upgrade their aging fleet. Some have upgraded to iPhones but are shopping for an EMM. BES12 is beyond a EMM, bringing better feature set
