1. Playboy attorneys withdraw again when they see they can't win.
2. Jimmy Easebag and Redi Faze have given up the fight and taking a wait and see. They could not remove themselves from the case.
3. Cirtran Attorneys staying the course since they know they have a winner and will get a big payday.
4. Cirtran can't screw shareholders if they want to raise more money.
5. YAG has not forclosed on Cirtran because they expect a winner.
6. Recent buys this week at .0002 with expectation of getting in on the growth in share value.
7. Cirtran can't raise more money unless he has a growth strategy with perhaps new products.

8. My legal experts research believes both parties will soon prepare summry judgements to present befor the judge to set the stage for an agreement before trial begins.
