I never said "everyone"

That's your exaggeration, probably for some undisclosed

purpose. Did my suggestion of collusion strike

too close to home? There's a pretty striking line between

those that immediately didn't care about their millions of shares

and those that did.


I think anyone paying just a little attention would note

my main concern about one particular "part" of the company, based on

evidence presented by the SEC and stunning opacity

for half a decade.


Those defending against a critical perspective are far more suspect at

this juncture. Maybe that's the story, maybe not. I'm sure everything

was just out of hand EXCEPT for the ability to set

up in a privately held company in a lower-liability state.
