Did Jan tell you that?

Some arrangement has been made with Mr Chang to reduce his interest. Either and option to receive payment at some specified amount in exchange for his shares as in trasury stock buyback OR Dr Schewe or other investors purchased his interest at a discount? Something has occurred to reduce the shares outstanding maybe in exchange for his participation on the board?

Rule #1 is never lose money.
