Regarding your concern that Mast is continually selling shares ATM. This is a common post my shorts and wavering longs that the company is quietly undergoing dilutive funding by selling shares and increasing our O/S, which is the reason that the PPS is not rising.

Though Mast has the authority to do this, NO ONE has information on this Until the company releases their financials via scheduled SEC filings. At that point, everyone can see exactly what the current O/S is. Has it increased, by how much etc etc. Speculating on "the company is doing this and the company is doing that" before the financials are released is a waste of time IMO.... I deal in facts when presented...Not conspiracy theories during a venting session by tired longs or a direct attempt by shorts to create unrest.
