If it's illegal for them to practice business without a business license the n the issue is moot and probably that particular property will not be documented officially, as the rental space for the current business of ECDC, right?



wrong. there is no logical connection between the non-renewal of an out of state business license and signing a lease. The precept of lex loci contractus applies here. we might be able to assume that the genius is not far enough in rent arrears to have been evicted, maybe.
