20 years ago, Biogen was trading for around $0.70/share....who knows what the future holds for CVM

I would make sure I had both shares and warrants in my holding...there is some assurance that the warrants will be worth more before their expiration, Geert has a couple hundred thousand warrants which he bought on the open market...but the majority of his shares on incentive shares that vest upon milestones of the drug trial..it is pretty safe to assume the insiders will obtain at least the 75% of the performance awards which make up the majority of their holdings.

I am not fully convinced that I will see the enormous gains we are all hoping for by warrant expiration (hopefully in 1-2 months my outlook will be more positive), but I do believe that if they can solve the funding needs with out massive dilution I will make several million off what I have at some point in the next 4-5 years. Hence why I am buying both stock and warrants at these prices.
