Right. One cannot assume that the owners of the cars are working in the ECDC office or that they are employees. But I assume that one might be able to assess exactly who's license plates those are. At least then you know if the car owners go with ECDC, right?-, if one wants to know. But then, as to what they are assigned to do specifically, who knows.
If it's illegal for them to practice business without a business license the n the issue is moot and probably that particular property will not be documented officially, as the rental space for the current business of ECDC, right?
