This is one of the problems facing ECDC

Now if you look real close the warning is absolutely wrong. It says ECDC is designated no reporting by OTC Markets which is false. That needs to be addressed. I already went through it with them on another symbol which has been fixed and is now back to trading with them. I'm not going to waste my time going through all that headache for ECDC! Kaye is not worth it.

In regards to business license being expired, in America it is a crime to operate a business without a license. And selling shares of a company that is not licensed to do business is probably a bigger crime. Just had this same discussion earlier on another symbol SMH. WTH is wrong with these CEO's?
