It's tough to know what the outcome will be, but it's probably

a little more complicated than just scamming. I think the real concern is

that whatever JB is doing, it's not clear at all what his intentions are

(besides retaining control of private Nanobeak, reducing his liability,

and that he is unwilling to communicate with MSGI investors except 1, I

guess),

and that there are a host of rather bad possibilities that may result (cf.

my other ~20 posts). I really would like to learn that he was acting

ethically and in a non-criminal manner and that we could trust him, but we

have no information besides some very d*mning results from the SEC to go

on. Dane is probably right that VNTH must succeed in order for MSGI

investors to recoup any of their investment, but it's not at all clear

if this is part of the plan, and we have absolutely no evidence to go

on, and there is no foundation for trust at this point, so we must worry

and plan for a possible hoodwinking. And if we wait to verify what is

happening, it could be too late, which could be part of the plan as well. Then's everyone's real sorry but

there's no recourse so "too bad". No thanks. So we move forward and

start filing/doing whatever we must to assure accountability.
