All the volume was on the ask, but the ask is still the record low price for the stock.
Hard to say. The fact that almost all trades were multiples of a quarter million shares suggests these are new blocks of stock being issued. I.e., more dilution.
Cyclone has been financing the last two years by issuing new stock, giving the 99% drop in price.
They've got no revenue. Whenever a bill needs to be paid, a bunch of new stock gets dumped on the market.
There was even bigger volume on the ask a month ago. Cyclone issued a PR about great progress, then dumped a bunch of stock. Volume went up and the price went down.
If someone is quick they might be able to make a few bucks. Wait too long and dilution will wipe it all out.
