Work-n-Hard, I really appreciate your proactive attempt to visit the ECDC office in person. Yes, your next visit to the company (make it a surprise visit) to get some basic questions answered by Kay itself would be nice & very much appreciated. Yesterday, I sent my 20th email which I am sure will get unanswered (hopefully for good reason).
