Actually, what I believe is that the volume and PPS does NOT indicate a large accumulator, be that Auryn or anyone else.

If it is wash sales (which are illegal BTW), it's done to move the price in one direction or the other, or to keep the price from moving in its natural direction. I find the possibility of a few traders executing many trades for a small gain in each, equally likely, and less likely to run afoul of regulatory bodies.

I thought I made it clear, but let me reiterate, I don't see a change in the trading pattern at all. Volume is generally in the millions of shares per day with sudden spikes and small movement with, recently, a downward bias.

It would be easy for the company to disclose information (and Auryn as well, though they have less reason to) that would clear much of this speculation up. Simply filing form 4s would be a help. Their clear avoidance of any transparency would seem to suggest they have a reason to hide such information, which suggests an expected negative price effect to me.
