I think that prior to Mzei running out of shares that can be issued, that we all start collaborating, and make them Crystal clear that time has run out that we will all take the beating and dissolve the company rather than dilute it further.

The people in charge like EM Shannon etc have way more to lose than the rest of us.

Make it a sales results or shut down situation. We will not allow more dilution. Sh t or get off the pot management. Get sales made or step down for more issuance, or sell the company to someone else that will actually generate profits at the least where we have approvals.
