I know but dilution at 2 Dollars seems for me ok because the Investor needs always an discount and the Shares are restricted for a Time period.
And they cut the price they were to expensive because there are more competitors now in the market but on the oder hand they opened the market for new clients

But finally what I want to know is how they gonna hit the 2015 revenue. They have to change the Strategie or need a big holeseller in europ and asia.

Do they have new products in the pipeline?
