The pressure is a result CannaVest's actions

The 8-K filed a few weeks weeks ago about CANV's intention to sell another 12M shares at $2 per showed that dilution continues as they can't generate enough cash from operations to pay the farmers for the next year's hemp crop.

The sales numbers for FY2014 provided in the filing don't look that impressive, and the estimates for 2015 and beyond seem like a wish, especially since after filing the 8-K, they cut retail prices by half (seems like a desperation move to me).
