This is what I am looking for in the next few weeks to determine what we can expect with the PPS:

-- On Dec. 16th, VSPC stated that the Provisional Generation License Energia Reino Verde applied for would be granted within 60 days. That period ended a month ago and we have heard nothing. This is very concerning for this project.

-- Tania apparently implied the St Croix project is still alive, but all other indications are that nothing is happening there. If we hear nothing solid within the next few weeks then I will assume the project is dead.

-- The acquisition of Elite Therapeutics is supposed to be completed by the end of this month. Will it happen or is there trouble in paradise with potential problems in St Croix and Nicaragua? If it happens, how much dilution will this mean for shareholders? Will VSPC start releasing news again after the acquisition?
