I have to agree. I didn't see any contradiction either. Most of the statements were direct quotes from the letter. The only hedge if you want to call it that would be EPC. Earlier they were predicting may for completion. If you do the time line for Taylor repayment it seems like they are now looking for epc around late June. Still technically that is first half.
