Did any shareholders get invited to the IENT Annual Meetings? It does not appear that JW is in compliance with the NC requirements to hold annual meetings as the last one was on Oct. 19, 2011.

[Still waiting for word that the S-1 form has been filed!]

CARY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thriller New Media (TNM), a division of iEntertainment Network, (PINK SHEETS: IENT) the award-winning developer of the world famous WarBirds 2012, Combat Simulation game series, announces the accomplishment of the Annual Meeting required by the State of North Carolina, the passage of amendments by the majority stockholders to insure continued corporate growth, and a new investment by a private investor for additional company product development. Company stockholders also elected two new members to the Board of Directors.

“Now that we have accomplished all the required legal requirements and received the first installment of a new investment, IENT is positioned to focus in 2012 in growing its online communities, selling our four new retail games, and initiating development of our products for console machines”

The new investment enables the Company to complete the development of a new Graphics Engine for current Company games, the development of new Apple Mac products, new product marketing activities including Twitter and Facebook initiatives. Additionally this investment has enabled the development of four new games for Retail Sales in 2012, including the brand new M4 Tank Platoon product (www.M4TankPlatoon.com), based on a famous game, M1 Tank Platoon, produced by IENT CEO, JW “Wild Bill” Stealey, when he was CEO of MicroProse Software. (Over 1 million units sold worldwide.)

“Now that we have accomplished all the required legal requirements and received the first installment of a new investment, IENT is positioned to focus in 2012 in growing its online communities, selling our four new retail games, and initiating development of our products for console machines,” says IENT CEO, JW Stealey.
