Note that SEEK's fiscal year ended November 30. That's 108 days ago. SG knew his 10-k was due March 2, yet even with the extra 15-day extension he couldn't meet the deadline. Those books must be taking an extra long time to cook this year lol.
The numbers must be terrible, but what's he worried about really? There's already nobody buying this POS, and what are longs going to do, sell??? There's no bid for SEEK, and VFIN is parked at .0001 with who knows how many hundreds of millions of shares.
These are the death throes of yet another OTC scam. Fun an educational to watch, though, so thanks for the lesson SG.
