Sounds similar to my background. I'm a DBA, contract consultant too, or was for over 20 years. Worked at Fidelity Financial, Blockbuster, AT&T, Siemens, and others. Both Oracle and Microsoft, and languages like C++. I got recruited into Brevard for a giant energy company that closed the whole office 20 days after I signed a lease after returning from Brazil. I gave up on corporate America after that last F-U. Now I wrote and own a startup accounting receivables software company for schools. Used to live right next door to Lou's Blues, had a beach-side condo a few years ago. What do you guys use for online billing of parents at NYC schools?
