Late quarterly filings has become an established pattern for MMMW. Not clear how always delaying financial reports or keeping shareholders in the dark for twice as long as they should, could bring any benefit to anyone.

Technically the 10-Q was due on 2/17, meaning today was the very last day to file a 15 day extension to avoid penalties (due date plus a 30 day grace period). The NT 10-Q was filed this afternoon (accepted 2015-03-17 @ 17:24:39, or JUST 35 MINUTES BEFORE THE 4pm CUTOFF).

SEC Rule for smaller reporting companies 10-Q deadline is 45 days after the last qtr ended (for MMMW 12/31).
