You keep pulling from posts that were major fails. All the deals they had fell through like many other new tech comps. It wasnt him scamming but the other compnaies making promises they couldnt come through with. People thought that they could enter an agreement and use that to raise money but failed. Him taking toxic financing and using the stock to help continue the company was irrelevant to anything because stocks are there to use for the business continuity.
