People seem to forget ECOS has a lot of backup technology sitting around. A blog post said this Food Anaerobic Digester Bio Fermentation. Waste kitchen food is deposited into the patented air tight container that has previously been inoculated with a benign bacteria that is common to the environment. After 24 There are no emissions. All byproducts are safe. The two byproducts of the anerobic degestion process is 99% liquid Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) that is an organic pesticide that is not harmful to humans and moist solid that when dried can be used as organic animal feed or fertilizer that contains Bacillus subtilis. This technology will reduce costs associated with landfilling, provide a healthier life for all and create viable organic products that will generate large additional revenues for the operator. Our technology can be tailored to produce herbal drugs and cosmetics through the production of bio-fermentation of only vegetable waste. This technology is already being employed in Korea.

So im thinking fancy composting has a lot of potential in the us. We waste a lot of food and a company could be getting paid to collect organic waste. Big money..
