With 50M OS and a pps of .004 the cap here is a mere $200K or empty shell price range. Plenty of reasons for strong possibility of pop to .01 or better:

Possible large short-position trapped into now dead-money at pps .004?

Possible re-start into new biz?

Where's the dead-cat bounce - stocks don't normally just trade strait into the abyss?

And I can't think of any reason to sell at .004?
