FFGO - I understand. I also understand that hey have an illegal cusip # that hey are using to track FFGO shares in clients' accounts.

I have my advice. Not my place o take it and definitely not my place to believe the efforts of the brokers and their clearing firm to influence shareholders to take tax losses.

Tax fraud and securities fraud are two counts that come to mind.

The other is wire fraud.
