That I simply do not have factual data to confirm or deny. I was however under the impression from reading the FINRA regulations that they did not have that power over a corporation in "active" status. I'm not in any way saying you're incorrect, only that I have no documentation to support or deny the claim. If you have a link to that information, please do provide it. I would love to see it in order to add it to the information I do have on EFIR, MNVN and BOI. Thanks in advance and GLTY with your EFIR!!
