I guess you didn't check the link I sent you or read the rules for an R/S. To explain it a little more, a company in revoked status may NOT do a reverse split. EFIR was NOT in Revoked Status at the time of the previous actions you mentioned. That Status was NOT in place until 2012. Here again is the link.
