Q: Whatever happened to JBs latest hearing?

So far no status update on the court's website.

Also, not even a post by anyone who thinks they know what happened.

Hard for me to understand Bourque Industries not putting out a news release, or a simple mention on the company web site if John Bourque is now available for research & development on Kryron. Thus I feel JB's status is not good, as in still in jail or prison without bail waiting for a new trial that may not happen until 2016.
