Actually, the outstanding shares can be leveraged much like STLD did recently. In order to leverage themselves onto the NYSE, their available shares went from something like 350M to 14M outstanding shares after the conversion. XSUNX's available shares can be leveraged to broker acquisitions, partnerships, and business deals as well. I look at their available shares as a tactical advantage for a growing company in an emerging market sector.
