Hercules and Baxano...has that relationship completely ended?


You mentioned in a previous post about how Baxano has paid Hercules and that current shareholders could see some equity retained. What does that mean in terms of value of the stock?

Could Hercules be willing to provide them with financial backing again since Baxano has already paid off the debt? You would think Hercules has some faith in Baxano since they provided them with financial backing in the first place.

It's unfortunate that Baxano is even in this situation. Ken Reali quietly resigns and apparently has found another job at some other company. Meanwhile, the current shareholders and former employees are screwed, although some of the employees have moved on with other companies. Hopefully John Palmer can work some magic. This was a very good company with outstanding products. I honestly thought they would get more in their asset auction. Have they completely sold all their products? Or is their still some left in their pipeline?
