Very strange indeed.
The last I heard Tirex mention GRSI was in the 12/10/13 Licensing Agreement with Simpro in which they stated:

L. Tirex also grants that the agreements previously signed with GRSI has been terminated and consequently are null and void.

I wonder what GRSI has up their sleeves. To actually issue a press release stating they have the agreement to build the TC2 is pretty ballsy. Thanks for the heads up dgt. Those were some interesting reads on the GRSI website.
