When IMM DUMPS enough shares to pay off all debt will that drive AXLX to NO BID?


7.10 Post-Closing Obligations: Distribution of Escrow Shares by IMM. IMM will sell enough AXLX stock to payoff, firstly, any existing secured notes, secondly any business expense arising from the management of the Escrow Shares, and finally any and all of the outstanding unsecured promissory notes.


I just don't get how IMM is going to DUMP AXLX shares when AXLX has no buyers???
